Dinkar’s Story
Dinkar’s formative years (before joining prestigious management consulting organsiations) were with SMEs and MSMEs. He also had exposure of working for MNCs and reaching the top management and holding board level positions in European MNC companies. All this helped him to develop agilty, empathy, down to earth attitude, passion for creating wealth, generating employment, and enabling companies of varied backgrounds. He has rich experience of coaching junior positions (Sales representatives, Service Engineers, Technicians) to Senior Managers, Top Management and board members. People call him basement to boardroom Coach He has also supported the goals of people coming from economically constrained and economically challenging backgrounds to become intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs. He has supported to develop the capabilities of resources from NGOs too.
Dinkar served Mercuri International (Swedish MNC) and Mercuri Urval (Swedish MNC), as a senior Management consutant. Later he joined Better Future (Dutch MNC) as Managing Director for Asia and was a board member for Asian operations.
